The Asset Management Team is seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Aviation Contract Manager to join our Asset Management Team.  Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, a team player, reliable, proactive, decisive, adaptable, and able to solve problems with a bias towards action to keep transactions moving in a positive direction. This role is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Draft letters of Intent (“LOI”) for the purpose of acquiring, leasing, or selling aviation assets.
• Manage tracking of drafted LOIs and stages of comment/approval/issuance/signing.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including commercial, technical, legal, tax, and finance, throughout LOI drafting review, and signing.
• Assist the Asset Management Team and participate in the planning, processing, and closing of transactions. 
• Review and recommend revisions to procedures to procedures to maintain excellence in transaction processing. 
• Review and recommend revisions to procedures to maintain excellence in transaction processing.  
• Participate and provide input to transaction documents, including, but not limited to, lease agreements and purchase agreements. 
• Provide general assistance with other contract management needs within the Asset Management Team.

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience of in commercial contracts, project management, and transactions
• Tactical and strategic thinker
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent communicator  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills; performs well under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Paralegal experience preferred
