Training: 4–6 weeks on the road with a mentor. $300 orientation pay provided.
After Training: Earn $0.56 CPM starting, with weekly pay averaging $1,300. Run 1,600–2,200 miles per week, with 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop and hook. Home every 14 days for 2 full days. Pay increases up to $0.64 CPM.
Benefits: Rider and pet policy after training, medical and dental insurance after 30 days, paid time off, and assigned late-model equipment.
Requirements: CDL-A, minimum age 21, certified CDL school graduate, no DUIs in last 5 years, clean MVR (no major violations in 3 years), must pass urine and hair drug screen, and limited gaps in work history.
