Daily transportation provided from a central location to and from worksites or employee may report directly to worksite

in the following counties: Arapahoe, Chaffee, Douglas, El Paso, Fremont, Pueblo, Teller.

Concrete Finisher positions available.

Temporary, full-time position from 04/01/2026

through 11/25/2026

, 7:00am-4:00pm, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, start/end times may vary depending on weather and job conditions. Optional Saturdays if needed.

Workers will be paid Weekly at $29.63/hr, $44.45/hr OT.

Bonus at employer's discretion.

Load/unload company trucks/trailers with forms, rebar, and tools needed to complete the work. Clean/prepare construction sites to eliminate hazards. Compact and grade dirt surface to prepare for concrete work. Set and align forms. Mix, pour, spread, level, smooth and finish freshly poured concrete. Use/operate portable concrete mixers, shovels and rakes, and other small hand or powered tools. Operate power vibrator to consolidate concrete. Operate jackhammer or drills to break up concrete or pavement and load into dump truck/trailer. Cut out damaged areas, drill holes for reinforcing rods, and position reinforcing rods to repair concrete. Clean worksites with a broom and clean up any trash, tools and/or debris as needed. May operate company vehicles.

Pre-employment drug testing required. Drug testing during employment for cause. Post-Accident Drug Testing. Random drug testing during employment. All drug testing is performed without regard to an employee's citizenship or immigration status, and all testing is paid for by the company. Pre-hire background check required

. All background checks are performed equally as to U.S. workers and H-2B workers, and all fees are paid for by the company. Able to lift 50lbs. No minimum education requirements. No experience required, will train. Employer facilitates corresponding deductions for available health benefits after 90 days.

Employer provides optional temporary housing at no cost to the employee for up to 7 days. Employer will then assist employee in acquiring housing if requested.

A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer.

The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
