The Director of Creative Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving creative innovation for our in-house agency. This leader will uncover actionable insights, define creative territories, and craft strategies that enable American Express to connect meaningfully with Card Members and prospects. They will lead a team of creative strategists to deliver strategic work that fuels cutting-edge digital campaigns and connected customer experiences, specifically across American Express consumer products, benefits, and services. The ideal candidate will bring a relentless curiosity for creative, cultural, and digital trends, along with a drive to uncover opportunities in emerging platforms. They will have the unique ability to analyze and transform data and insights into actionable creative briefs that lead to best-in-class creative solutions for our marketing partners. Responsibilities:Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
