Job Description

We’re hiring a motivated, proactive, and creative Entry-Level Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing team! This role is perfect for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotional campaigns, and brand activations.

Key Responsibilities 

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing promotional events to boost brand visibility and audience engagement
• Support the marketing team with campaign rollouts, brand activations, and event initiatives
• Collect, track, and analyze event data, feedback, and key performance metrics to improve future campaigns
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to support promotional strategy development
• Coordinate between marketing, sales, and public relations teams to ensure unified event goals
• Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador, engaging with attendees, answering questions, and gathering insights
