The successful candidate will lead the design and execution of international marketing strategies specifically tailored for the Paper and Packaging industries. Accountabilities

• Drive the strategic growth roadmap for Towel/Tissue and Barrier Coatings, ensuring regional execution.
• Lead the annual Consumer Solutions communications plan with cross-functional partners.
• Direct growth projects across the business, aligned with senior management.
• Promote best practices to maximize growth synergies.
• Provide regular, data-driven updates on strategic project impact to senior leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical, engineering, or business-related field. MBA a plus.
• 7+ years of professional work experience in Marketing or related roles within the paper and/or packaging Industry.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to build strong results-driven teams with a focus on influence.
• Strong organizational development skills and organizational savvy.
• Excellent Project Management Skills and adept at stakeholder management.
• Possess business courage and adaptability to a fast-paced environment, managing risks through data-driven insights.
• Experience in leading global scaled initiatives while working remotely strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time (both domestic and international).
