Overview

We are seeking a Japanese–English bilingual Moving Coordinator to support our team in coordinating household goods relocations and providing bilingual customer and business support. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate seeking hands-on experience in logistics, customer service, and cross-cultural communication.

Essential Duties

• Lead and coordinate with the moving team in the preparation and movement of customer household goods.
• Maintain regular communication with customers via phone and email to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide bilingual (Japanese–English) communication and translation support.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ensure all shipment-related documentation is accurate and complete.
• Provide general business support and administrative assistance as assigned.

Qualifications

• Language: Near-native level Japanese and fluent English required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear and effective communication with multilingual staff.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Patience and adaptability in complex or multi-step processes.
