We’re looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to serve as the front desk point of contact for a Home Health & Hospice department. This role is ideal for someone who remains calm under pressure, communicates with compassion and empathy, and brings professionalism and discretion to every interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the team
• Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls professionally
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and documentation
• Maintain organized, confidential files and records
• Assist with scheduling, meetings, and administrative logistics
• Support data compilation, reporting, and special projects as needed
What Your Work History Should Show
• Clerical or administrative support experience
• Experience working with confidential or sensitive information
• Strong phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Epic experience preferred but not required
• Ability to prioritize, use sound judgment, and work independently
Additional Details
Location: Spokane, WA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour
Assignment: Temporary, approximately 6–8 weeks
Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal background check and meet immunization requirements
