Job Description

1. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and applying putty or primer .
2. Mix and match paints to achieve required colors and finishes.
3. Apply paints, varnishes, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray guns .
4. Perform interior and exterior painting on walls, ceilings, doors, and windows.
5. Handle industrial and metal surface coatings as needed.
6. Repair cracks, holes, or damaged surfaces before painting.
7. Ensure all painting work is neat, even, and meets design specifications .
8. Follow safety standards , including the proper use of PPE and safe handling of chemicals.
9. Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
10. Work with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time.
