About the Role:As a Pastry Cook at CUT Beverly Hills, you will support the pastry department in preparing world-class desserts, breads, laminated pastries, and plated components for service in a high-end, high-volume environment. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to one of the most renowned restaurants in Los Angeles, where innovation, quality, and excellence are at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do:Assist in daily production of pastries, breads, plated desserts, and special items for PM service.
Execute proper techniques for doughs, batters, creams, glazes, chocolate work, and lamination.
Maintain consistency and quality in all menu items in accordance with the Wolfgang Puck brand.
Uphold cleanliness and organization in all pastry areas, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Pastry Chef and culinary team to support seasonal and creative menu development.
1 year of experience in a professional pastry kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or luxury hotel environment, or technical culinary program degree with Pastry emphasis.
Knowledge of dessert plating, modern pastry techniques, and classic preparations.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to thrive under pressure.
Culinary/pastry degree or relevant training

First 9 months: $25.96 (80% of contract rate)
Next 9 months: $29.20 (90% of contract rate)
