Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have experience or a strong interest in psychiatry and enjoy working in a multidisciplinary setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits
• Diagnose and manage mental health conditions (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder)
• Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR
• Participate in clinical meetings and case reviews

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in Iowa
• Board certification and DEA registration
• Experience in psychiatry or behavioral health preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care

Salary/Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
