MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE AS A QUALITY TECHNICIAN 

Connect Staffing is seeking an experienced Quality Technician to join a generator and air compressor manufacturing company in Henderson, Nevada. 

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7 AM-3:45 PM. Must have weekend and Overtime availability if needed. 

Requirements of the Quality Technician:

• 1+ year of experience as an inspection or quality technician.
• Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts. 
• High-level visual awareness and advanced organizational skills. 
• Experience drafting reports and collating data. 
• Ability to analyze and interpret technical information. 
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities of the Quality Technician:

• Develop and maintain company inspection reports. 
• Inspect goods or products according to quality and safety standards. 
• Ensure goods and products comply with company standards as well as Federal and State law. 
• Ensure test equipment is calibrated and working correctly. 
• Report quality anomalies to the supervisor and identify areas for improvement in QC processes. 
• Collate test data and draft comprehensive quality reports. 
• Ensure production is not hindered by quality testing procedures. 
• Perform analysis and create action plans for MRB (Material Review Board) products.
