Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in coding and system architecture.
Performance Optimization: Maintain and optimize the performance of existing Salesforce solutions, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and its various features.
Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component Framework, and SOQL. Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and data migration processes is also beneficial
