Job Description Insight Global is looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to work for one of our client's in the Kansas City area. This position will start as a 6 month contract with the possibility for it to extend past that. They are looking to bring on a ServiceNow developer that will be able to assist in the backlog of the enhancement requests. This person will work for the shared service group so they will be getting in request from other business units. It is important that this person understand ITIL and ITSM processes with the ability to also be able to strongly navigate the ServiceNow portal. It will be a small team that this person will join with only 1 other team member dedicated to also assisting with enhancements. As the roadmap is currently built out, there is a chance that down the line, this person will get involved with other projects in the organization having to do with CMDB and asset management as there may be small tweaks within ITAM modules they could support. The main priority of this role will be to take small to medium enhancements, develop them, and add them to the ServiceNow portal.
