Accountabilities

• Design, build, and maintain infrastructure and scalable frameworks for data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Architect and implement data solutions using technologies such as Kafka, Spark, Hive, and AWS services.
• Ensure performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency of implemented frameworks and solutions.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and security throughout the data lifecycle.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies in big data.
• Mentor early-career engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development or a related field.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Kafka, and distributed computing systems.
• Strong understanding of AWS technologies at scale.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
