We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Specialist to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring clear, consistent messaging across departments while supporting projects that strengthen organizational communication strategies. Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies
Draft, edit, and review written communications, reports, and informational materials
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
Support communication planning for projects, initiatives, and organizational updates
Maintain accurate documentation and communication records
Monitor communication effectiveness and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
