Now hiring an
Industrial Painter for a Manufacturing & Fabrication company in Cantonment, FL.
OVERVIEW: This role involves preparing surfaces and applying a variety of coatings to meet quality standards for industrial projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES: - Read and interpret technical drawings to determine painting requirements
- Prepare surfaces (blasting, sanding, putty work, etc.)
- Apply multi-coat systems (epoxy, polyurethane, water-based)
- Use plastic and fiberglass fillers when needed
- Operate HVLP spray guns (gravity, siphon, and pressure pot)
- Perform touch-up work to maintain quality finishes
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of paint materials
- Ensure all finishes meet specifications and company standards
REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of spray-painting experience
- Trade school completion preferred (e.g., George Stone, Locklin Tech)
- Knowledge of paint codes and mixing requirements
- Strong organizational skills and neat work habits
- Understanding of basic safety practices
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

PAY RATE: Starts at
$22+/hr. (Depending on your level of experience)
SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday -----
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Occasional overtime as needed)
REQUIREMENTS : Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.
