Job Description

The Insurance Coordinator at L3 Insurance Advisors LLC is expected to act as a key liaison between insurance providers and our clients, helping to ensure that all insurance-related tasks are coordinated and managed efficiently. This includes handling insurance claims and documentation, liaising with insurance agents and assisting clients with their policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for all insurance-related queries, both from clients and insurance providers.
  • Processing insurance claims in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all insurance policies, including details about coverage, rates, and renewals.
  • Assisting clients with insurance claims, ensuring they are fully informed about the process and what they can expect.
  • Performing regular audits of all insurance data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicating with insurance providers to resolve any discrepancies in policies or premiums.
  • Continuous monitoring of claims to ensure timely closure and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide insurance advice and solutions to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Previous experience in an insurance coordinator role or similar position, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and claim procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), with demonstrated experience in client liaison roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and error-free data processing skills.
  • Proficiency in standard industry software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
