Location: Remote (Must work Mountain Standard Time business hours)

Duration: 4 month contract, possible for extension

Hours: Full-time

Compensation Range: $40-50/hr W2

We are seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to manage cross-functional marketing campaigns that support the sale of products and services in the annuities channel. This role involves the end-to-end execution of campaign strategies while ensuring all projects are delivered on time. You will manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, serving as a key liaison between marketing teams, business partners, and third-party stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed plans to monitor and track the progress of marketing projects.
• Understand overall strategy to ensure projects are executed appropriately.
• Analyze previous project performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage cross-functional marketing campaigns to support the sale of company products and services in the annuities channel.
• Build and maintain relationships with marketing, business partners, and 3rd party stakeholders
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and campaigns at once
• Ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Work closely with compliance to understand advertising guidelines and ensure they are followed appropriately
• Adhere to established processes and workflows related to end-to-end campaign strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or equivalent experience in project management, digital marketing, marketing communications, and or relationship management.
• Proven experience in marketing project management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Preferred: Experience in the financial services industry.
• Preferred: Proficiency with the Workfront platform.
• Preferred: Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing platforms.
• Marketing project management experience.
• Problem solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
