Job Summary The UI/UX Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing web interfaces that improve usability and engagement. The role requires a balance of creative design, front-end development expertise, and analytical insight into user behavior and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centered designs and functional UI deliverables.
- Participate in team forums, providing regular progress updates and insights.
- Take ownership of end-to-end design alignment and integration with other functional areas.
- Provide cross-functional guidance, including content and requirement clarification.
- Translate UI/UX designs into intuitive, responsive web interfaces.
- Work closely with technical leaders to ensure feasibility and adherence to technical requirements.
- Mentor junior team members as needed.
- Utilize front-end development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
- Apply accessibility guidelines and best practices for inclusive design.
- Implement and maintain tracking tools (e.g., GA4, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Mixpanel).
- Analyze metrics (bounce rates, conversion funnels, session times) to inform UX improvements.
- Generate reports and insights to improve engagement, retention, conversion rates, speed, accessibility, and SEO.
- Conduct A/B testing to validate design and content decisions.
Performance Expectations - Demonstrate proactive engagement and accountability in team coordination.
- Provide timely and transparent updates on task progress and dependencies.
- Take initiative to resolve design issues with minimal guidance.

Requirements - 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of user-centered designs.
- Experience with CMS platforms, version control, data visualization, and dashboards.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; experience with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in design tools: Canva, Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong front-end development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React, Vue, or similar).
- Knowledge of analytics tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio.
- Understanding of SEO principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
